The Cheeky Visuals & Productions Ltd is responsible for the personal information described here. We're based in London, United Kingdom, and work with clients worldwide.

What we hold

Your name and contact details; details of your session such as dates, locations, and schedules; what you send us in enquiry forms, emails, and messages; the photographs and video we take for you; and invoicing records. Card and payment details are handled by our payment provider and do not reach us directly.

Why we hold it

To carry out the session or project you've booked, to keep in touch with you about it, and to keep the records the law requires. We do not sell your information.

Who else sees it

Crew, second shooters, and freelancers working on your booking; the companies that provide our website, hosting, booking forms, email, file storage, and payments; and authorities where the law requires it. Some of these providers may be based outside the UK.

If you message us on WhatsApp, including through the "Chat with us" button on our website, the conversation takes place on WhatsApp and is handled by WhatsApp under its own privacy terms. We receive your phone number, your name if it shows, and what you send us, and we use them only to reply to your enquiry and to deal with your booking.

We may use AI-assisted tools to help manage enquiries, scheduling, and our website. When we do, related correspondence may be processed by that tool's provider.

How long we keep it

We do not delete records on a fixed schedule. We keep your booking record and our correspondence with you while they remain useful to the business, and for as long as we need them for tax and accounting purposes.

Your rights

Under UK data protection law you can ask for a copy of the personal information we hold about you, ask us to correct or delete it, or object to how we use it. Email hello@cheekyvisuals.co.uk to do so.

If you're unhappy with our response, you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk.
